About Draenert

THE 50-YEAR-OLD LEADING INTERIOR BRAND (1968)

In 1968,  along the River Constance to the North West of Germany, Dr. Peter Draenert built his first table by placing a million-year-old stone plate on two metal skids. He could hardly have dreamed that he and his wife Karin would found a furniture manufactory that has acquired a global reputation and become a top brand of the international furniture design.

Since its very start, the Draenert manufactory has been something special. The manufactory does not only put the focus on design but enhances it by function, which will remain an essential aspect of the collection. The ability to turn visions and ideas into reality becomes the hallmark of the furniture manufactory, which is specialized in the production of dining and coffee table of stone, wood, and glass with patented extension mechanisms, as well as formally matching chairs with different functionalities and shapes.

Since the year 2000, Dr. Patric Draenert has been leading the company in the second generation with the same great deal of innovative spirit, the claim to high quality, and the keen instinct for art as the company’s founder.

At the moment, Draenert is presented in more than 50 countries all over the world. In Vietnam, European Design Solutions is proud to join forces with Draenert in providing the best interior design solutions to Vietnamese clients.

DESIGN GEORG APPELTSHAUSER | GINO CAROLLO 2014

A dining table with a smart extension function: A fully automatic mechanism, allowing to extend the table synchronously and to close it without changing the position. This moves effortlessly into the integrated three-fold extension top, which is made of natural stone, the same as the main top. The patented mechanism used is very complex and unique in its kind. The trapezoidal shape alone of the tabletop is formally a particular feature - independent and striking.

DESIGN GEORG APPELTSHAUSER 2006 / 2014

An extendable, rectangular dining table made of natural stone. With a new technique, the extension leaf can be rotated by another 90°. Thus it is now positioned lengthwise underneath the center leaf and is no longer visible from the side.

DESIGN DRAENERT / HAKAKIAN / TARIKI 2010

The BARCODE table is a dining table and also a conference table. It can be recycled by 100% due to its basic materials stone and steel, The concept of sustainability is the basis of this design as the stones from the production process as used as a resource. Every BARCODE table is unique. The tabletop can be supplied in many different combinations. Naturally, the individual selection of the stone types is limited and availability must be checked by inquiry.

DESIGN PETER DRAENERT 2001 / DIETMAR JOESTER 2010

A rounding dining table with a rotatable inner plate. The tabletop is made of natural stone. The base is made of a steel tube on a round metal base plate. Available in polished chrome or matt chrome. A further option offers the variant 1515-II with a three-star stone base made of 3 wings. This base varies in size according to the diameter of the tabletop.

Sample low coffee table Basic shapes such as round, square, rectangular or cross are still characteristic of the series of neoclassical coffee tables. CHARME is attracted by an impressive metal frame that covers the entire table and legs. You can choose the color of the metal frame with chrome paint or paint color.

A chair with continuously adjustable and lockable backrest. The sitting angle also adjusts to the back angle. The frame is made of steel in polished chrome or is coated in dark bronze. For the cover, 3 high-quality leather collections with a total of 92 colors are available. The backrest is available in 2 heights (Armrest 2 and Armrest 2 with a high back)

DESIGN GINO CAROLLO 2015 / 2018

The DEXTER chair with its sweeping contour is formally free-standing. The ultrasoft, fine leather with its drapery provides a relaxed look. DEXTER is also available in the classic upholstered version on soft glove leather without drapery. The new variant offer the same seating comfort as the one with casual draping of leather.
